Our aim is to assist pastors in building healthy worship teams that embody the church's vision.
Yuri and Zhannette Litvinchuk have served as worship pastors for 15 years and have spent 5 years leading a church. This experience has provided them with a unique perspective on building creative teams while fostering a vision of unity within the church. They feel called to support pastors in their worship ministry efforts. Their mission is to partner with pastors and worship teams to develop their gifts, cultivate a healthy culture, and guide the congregation into the presence of God.
Yuri has also been a board member for five startup churches, establishing worship teams that began with mobile setups in theaters and schools, ultimately leading to the successful growth of a worship team with 120 members across five campuses.
